Cancellation and Refund Policy
You qualify for a 100% refund under the following circumstances:
- Live Program: Request within 24 hours of the 2nd live session of your enrolled batch.
- Recorded Program (Self-paced Learning): Request within 7 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our team with your order details. We will process your request within 5-7 business days upon verification.
Please be aware that APTIKJ is not obligated to issue any refund if you fail to meet the criteria mentioned above.
Webinars
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No Refunds: All sales for paid webinars are final. We do not provide refunds for webinar registrations, regardless of attendance.
Webinar Cancellation by Us: In the event that we need to cancel a webinar due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify registered participants and process a full refund of the registration fee within 5-7 business days.
